🚚 Shipping Policy
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
1. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation serves as your invoice and includes your Order Number and full order details.
2. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from receipt of payment.
Please note that customised or made-to-order charms may require an additional 3–5 business days before dispatch.
3. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent directly to you by PUDO via SMS and/or email. Sparkle Squad does not send PUDO tracking notifications.
4. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and will be added to your order total before payment is completed.
5. All Sparkle Squad orders are shipped via PUDO Locker-to-Locker delivery within South Africa. This is the only shipping method we currently offer.
6. Free Shipping promotions, where applicable, may not include all products. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
7. Upon collection of your order from the PUDO locker, please inspect your items carefully. Any shortages, defects, or issues must be reported in writing to roxanne@thefrontdoor.co.za within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by clear images.
If no communication is received within 14 days, the order will be deemed accepted and in good condition.
8. If your tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered to the selected PUDO locker but you are unable to locate it, please contact us immediately at roxanne@thefrontdoor.co.za so we can assist you.
